The Worst of Times...
February 16th - 22nd: (Best of times comes later on...)
From an astro-magic standpoint (and based on my particular tracking metrics) this week is the worst week of the year for practical enchantment and also contains the single worst day - Monday the 17th. In fact, Monday is a new record low score since I’ve been keeping the planner and I’m looking forward to seeing how the day pans out. It might not necessarily be a nightmare so much as just low energy and BLAH, but I’m going to be paying close attention this week to how I feel and what’s going on around me.
However this week also contains one of the only decent days of the month, Thursday. This is a Jupiter-focused day and it’s also the Lunar Day for fishing. This is one of those lunar days that’s particularly amenable for interpretation. In this case, there’s an an opportunity to draw things toward you (hauling in your nets, effectively).
This year, I’m creating a monthly magical rite for my Inner Circle Enchantment membership. January was a Protection / Spirit Engagement rite and this month it’s an Oceanic Prosperity Rite and this is one of two days that rite can be used for. You can, of course, craft your own working.
My advice is to take a break, stay chill, and relax for most of the rest of this week.
