The way I calculate the seasons is roughly by the cross-quarter days, but only because they match well to the location where I live. So sometime during the first week or so of February, I’ll realize that spring is here. This is true regardless of the weather (sorry groundhog). In fact, this year here in the Pacific Northwest has had unusually cold, wet, miserable weather for most of this spring. But the plants and trees responded to the light and knew that the season had shifted. And sometime in the first week or so of May, I’ll register that summer is us. This is true even though the hottest months are in August (technically the start of Autumn). That said, where you live might be very different. It might be on the other half of the planet, where you are expecting Autumn. It might be farther south where your growing season is long and it’s well into the summer season already. It might still be snowy!
Regardless of your location, astrologically this coming week has a kind of spring cleaning vibe. Sunday is a great day for cleaning up old spells and dealing with the chaos Mercury left behind as the planet goes direct. And Wednesday is for getting your financial house in order.
There are also days for celebrating peace and love in your household, applying soft power and doing magic for political skill, and the start of a new lunation cycle with the moon in Taurus. There’s also a day to specifically focus away from the wider world.
