Ivy in the Wild
Where I've been and where I'm going...
First, I just appeared on Grimerica. That link goes to the edited interview, for the whole talk become a Grimerica Outlawed member. Darren and Graham are awesome and it was a great time. Also, since I tend to have no filter in conversation, I dropped the fact that I was considering opening a new “thing” specifically for Risk Management. I’ve been thinking about this for a while now and it keeps coming up in different ways, so I’m guessing it needs to happen. Watch this space for more on that.
Speaking of Risk Management, I’m hosting a Magical Risk Management workshop for the RSPM membership this Friday (May 29). This was something I’d discussed with Gordon back in April, and the membership was still in favor of moving forward with it. I’m mentioning here it because registration is also open to my own site mailing list and I know there’s a huge crossover between my substack and my mailing list. And if you’re interested in early access to my stuff, invitations to closed workshops like this, and deeper philosophical dives, go sign up for free.
Next weekend, I’ll be presenting Inanna’s Descent: Healing Magic on the Poison Path at Ishtarfest, a virtual conference the weekend of June 5th. My talk is Sunday mid-day. As a virtual conference, it’s accessible and the programming looks amazing. I met up with with one of the organizers, Amara Willey, at Spirit Northwest and she’s lovely. We are both on the same wavelength of Inanna’s Descent as a healing journey and modality. Love having my UPG corroborated!
On June 11, I’m hosting an open talk with Stephanie Hardie of Gate & Garden Herbals. I’ll be talking more about this next week, but here’s the registration page. This talk is going to have a participant cap (because we want to take live questions). And no, I’m not starting a podcast (heaven forbid!) but if the talk goes well, I might do more of them.
Finally, on June 16, I’ll be joining Sarah Duran for her June Future is Freelance Forum, along with Jenni Gritters. Our focus is on cyclical business planning. I’ve participated in these free forums before and they’re great, really well run and innovative with amazing people and conversation. Register for free.
